Here is one of my earlier drawings – of the Emerson Chambers building at Eldon Square in Newcastle Upon Tyne. This landmark building is pretty much in the center of Newcastle – and this is a city with a lot of character.

This is a drawing from quite a while ago – you might find the date from my lower drawing – a study from around that time. The shops have changed – when this was drawn it was Greenwoods clothing and Turner’s photographic and those who know this building might be able to date my drawing from that.
