Sometimes you just fancy a bit of sketching – and fairly local to me in North Oxford there is our Skoda car sales showroom. It is a building that an urban sketcher might take an interest in with its distinctive modern roof. So, finding a convenient bench, I sat down and started drawing. it was quite an overcast day so my photos might not look that interesting (!) but that is what you get on a humdrum Friday evening. Besides I find that I don’t mind sketching cars – also something you tend to get used to as an urban sketcher!
