Another Oxford ‘street scene’ – This is a view down Catte Street from besides St Mary’s Church, with the Radcliffe Camera and Bodleian Library in the distance.
Catte Street was also known as “Mousecatcher’s Lane” as far back as the 15th century.
For me this is quite an evocative place – when you think of all the scholars, professors, students and townspeople who have been through here over time…
