Adderbury Church, Oxfordshire

This is my watercolour view of this imposing medieval church, which is set in the quiet Oxfordshire village of Adderbury.

The church is often overlooked by visitors passing through the village but it is well worth a small diversion to explore both the church and the older part of the village.

The church itself dates from the 13th and 14th centuries and has an impressive Lady Chapel as well as a unique collection of grotesques and gargoyles.
