One of a series of my painting from along the picturesque Cinque Terre ( or ‘Five Earths’) Coast in northwest Italy. The coastline here is rocky and rugged, with small fishing villages intermittently along it. Nowadays more of a tourist destination- but the local fisherman do still go out and well worth a visit.
