I took the opportunity to get out and explore along the Ridgeway today, on the lookout for new pubs that may one day be open as well as picturesque churches and cottages.

I stopped at the village of Bishopstone on the northern slopes of the Ridgeway and spent an hour or so sketching cottages from the shade of a tree -and here is the resultant drawing.
