Taking advantage of the last of the good weather to go out and explore southern Oxfordshire some more. Today sitting out in some shade and drawing these cottages in the village of Warborough.

Warborough is approximately 10 miles south of Oxford and is perhaps best known for its large green, its pub – The Six Bells, and its appearances in the ‘Midsomer Murders’ series. Once, years ago, pulling up to the Green only to find it covered with police cars, emergency vehicles and warning tape. Thinking it was a crime scene, we left and it was only later the penny dropped and we realised that it was just a film set on location!
