I took a walk by the River Thames in Abingdon today and decided to try drawing the scene above while the Sun was out and it was slightly warmer than it has been. I didn’t freeze so it can’t have been too bad…
The result is my drawing below, a view across the river to St. Helen’s Church, which included a few of the moored boats as well. At the end of this sketch the not very well drawn figure next to the nearest narrow boat came up to say hello and take a look. If you’ve looked me up – Hello!
