Last week I was visiting various Artweeks events in Southern Oxfordshire and stopped on the way to do a sketch of a passing pub!
Here’s my view of The Crown Inn in Benson – and my sketch in-situ on a very sunny day.

Pubs and country cottages seem to be a couple of themes with me, but then it is also nice just to get out, explore and draw these places, especially on a nice summer’s day. Below are a couple of links to my other pub sketches.
