I have been out on the bike again, exploring West Oxfordshire while the late summer sunshine lasts.
Having stopped for lunch in Lechlade I admired their church and the acrobatics of jackdaws about its tower before heading northeast. My aim here was to head for the village of Kencot and St. George’s Church but instead came across another fine 12th C. church at Little Faringdon.
The church here has been much modified over time but still retains a certain charm. My artwork for this post is a line and wash style painting of the church – I hope you like it.
