Here’s a new study – of two fishing trawlers in harbour. It’s a smidgen of experimentation for me – perhaps a little bit of abstraction in there somewhere and a slightly blockier style -I hope you like it.
Experimenting a little with a simplified (for me) watercolour of this townscape. This walkway is known as St.Mary’s Passage, next to St. Mary’s Church, in central Oxford. For those in the know the walkway is famous as the inspiration for a scene in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
